All orders can be canceled in exchange for company credit within 12 hours of being placed. If you have placed your order and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us right away. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a reshipment for ordered products if:
- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (90 days not including 2-10 business days for processing)
- You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense, and the item must be unused). Restocking fees may apply.
We do not issue a refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside of our control (e.g., not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster, coronavirus restrictions).
*You can submit a return within 15 days of the day you received your package. You can do so by sending a message on the Contact Us page. Please note that the shipping amount is non-refundable. We will issue your refund within 2-7 business days from when we receive your return package.
