The cause of howling/noise: The internal amplifier and the microphone are close to each other, and the hearing aid and the sound are continuously received and expanded. Hence, it has a distinct possibility of producing howling after power-on.
Small hearing aids and high-power hearing aids on the market can hardly avoid howling, and only full-digital hearing aids can avoid howling.
Ways to avoid howling/noise:
1. When the power is high (the amplified sound is large), howling is more likely to occur. Therefore, gradually increasing the volume from low can effectively avoid howling.
2. There is no howling sound when the ear canal is completely sealed. Furthermore, after cleaning your ear canal, please use hearing aids and test the earplugs from large to small to find the most suitable earplugs.
3. After the hearing aid enters the ear canal, it is recommended to push the hearing aid with your fingers and hold it for 1-2 seconds, and then release it to extend the earplug fully.
After booting, press and hold the M button for about 3 seconds to hear an unmistakable sound, then the indicator light is blue, which means the Bluetooth function is turned on.
Bluetooth Connection Method:
Turn on the Bluetooth function of the mobile phone, enter the Bluetooth search interface of the mobile phone system (or another smart device with Bluetooth function), find the name of the Bluetooth device of ZTQ, and click the connection. After the link is successful, there will be a voice prompt for the successful pairing of “Pairing successfully.”
Bluetooth usage:
1. When a call comes in, press the M button to answer or hang up, and press and hold for 2 seconds to disconnect.
2. When playing music, short press the M button to pause or resume playback.
3. If there is no sound signal for 10 seconds, the machine will automatically exit Bluetooth mode to enter the hearing aid mode and exit the Bluetooth connection after some time.
When the battery is low, the Bluetooth function will not be used. However, the sound amplifier can generally work because the power consumption of the sound amplifier is minor. Thus, please charge it when the Bluetooth function is not used.
1. Adjust volume to the minimum before wearing.
2. Choose an earplug of a slightly bigger size to avoid whistler.
3. Increase volume gradually to avoid a sudden increase in sound.
4. If you hear a howling, check whether the ear (silica gel) is appropriate and whether the plug size is tight,
the appropriate choice of earplugs, and plugged. After that, make sure there is no air leakage.
